Apply here at the forum, go to SASP / Fire Department / SAES or what they are called and do an application if they're open.

You can check out the "Gangs & Factions [IC]" category of the forums for informations about the factions in RC-RP.

For the police/cop faction, check out 'San Andreas State Police', I think that their recruitment is closed though. For the firemen/paramedic faction, check out 'San Andreas County Fire Department - EMS'. I think that their recruitment is open.
