Hello there mate.
It's a simple registration process that you can do at https://redcountyrp.com/register. Simply follow the instructions on screen and it'll allow you to make a master account. Once that's done, log into the UCP on the main redcountyrp.com screen and head to the characters screen, and follow those prompts in order to get accepted to play on the server.
If you need anything else, reply to this thread and we'll assist you.
