How do i level up weapon skill

Go to any ammunation and /buyweaponskill confirm.

Bare in mind that when you use /buyweaponskill in an ammunation, it deducts these points from your 'Experience Points'.

More or less answered here. /buyweaponskill confirm is the command you're looking for; it'll take xp points away from your account for every tome you level up; once you've reached max level, you'll be given 50 xp points back. Going to archive this as it seems you've got your answer.
