How can i play on the server?

Ok so i have registred an account on the forum, but i didn't got how the Master Account thing works..How do i add a character?

Firstly, you need to make a masteraccount in order to make a working masteraccount you need to make a test, which will decide if your level of roleplay is good enough for RC-RP.
Secondly, log in on that masteraccount after your apply has been accepted.
Thirdly, after you've logged on your masteraccount, it will allow you to make a character.
Fourthly, log onto the SAMP server and have fun roleplaying!

First go to http://www.redcountyrp.com/register/
And make new Master Account, it will be accepted in few days, perhaps faster.
After it's been accepted go to in game and begin roleplaying.
