Whenever I try to add an image, it replaces the image with little text written 'image' as seen on the picture below.. Help me?

Copy the image URL and paste inside the img bbcode

If you have google chrome, simply right click on the image and click 'Copy Image Link', use that link for images on the forums.

The has got to have a link ending with an image file format, such as [b].png[/b].
You can obtain this link by right clicking on the picture and selecting 'Open image in new tab', then copying that link and placing it inside [img] code, for example:

This would display like this:
