My application is on hold and I tried too edit it but it won't let me, Help?

Basically your application is i still yet to be reviewed from an administrator from the looks of what you have just said, While its in handling process from an administrator then you can not edit anything etc, If an administrator tells you to edit it then he will send it back and you should be able to edit the things that you will be told from an administrator but if your application is accepted then once you login on your master account you can then create an character from then on and get access to RCRP in-game.
