I'd imagine it's been denied. I'd imagine you can apply again (? - unsure, it's been so long!) so remember to use correct grammar and English in your story as it reflects the way you'll type in game. It's unlikely to be accepted if your English isn't up to scratch. Remember your story needs to make sense - it may be a good idea to check out Character Stories to get some rough ideas and then you can write a shortened version for your application. Don't copy someone else's though!
