Help to log, ingame.

Right, i'd made a master ACC and made characters with names and Passwords, but for some reason when i log into game and
type my password it says it's wrong password and i know i'm typing in the right one. Can someone please give me a answer?

The password set on your accounts have typing errors. Try sending in a support ticket and asking for the passwords on your characters to be reset.
