To install the mod mod....
Before you start with the modding, go to your GTA San Andreas folder. Double click on the 'models' folder, you should see a file named 'gta3.img'. Make a backup of that file, you can copy 'gta3.img' to another folder or to the same folder.

nvm, got it already, but why when i logged in my account it still says my application is in the hands of an admin for like 24 hours now....
