It's because you're logging in with 23, it's currently bugged.

Okay thanks i'll try to log in again and my ping is always 179-190

It could be that you're desyncing, or it could be that you're logging in on a bugged ID.

I can confirm that you are logging in on a bugged ID which is ID 23, if this happens, just /q and wait about 2-3 minutes, then reconnect, this bug should be fixed soon.
