[HELP] ENB Crashing SAMP

The fixes didn't work. The SAMP just crashes before even the loading screen showing up.

May I ask the brand and specs of your PC? I have a few enbs downloaded that I could supply.

No brand. It's a costume build.

Windows 8.1 64 bits
8 gb ram
Nvidea GTX 760 ( that's 2gb )
cpu is a i5 4690 3.50 Ghz
Mb is a B85 Gamer pro
disk is a WB 500 gb ( the faster 1 )

Funnily enough this happened to me this week. This might help or it may not.

What what I did was uninstall SAMP and delete the local files of GTA:SA on Steam.
Delete your mods, you'll be able to re-download them.
Re download GTA:SA from steam and SAMP.
Then re download your mods.
Hope it works. It worked for me.

OutWorld, one last solution I want you to try out.

Download and Install the SAMP Anti-Crasher for 0.3.7 from the youtube provided below. Then install ENB and share your results.

TSNotifier and programs that are used for overlays on SAMP crash when ENB is up and running. To make sure Im correct, go to teamspeak plugins and disable the overlay you currently use, then use any enb (because you have a good pc) and your ENB should work.

Thanks for help guys, but if the issue is the TS overlay well.. that's too bad. I'm not giving it away since it's more important for me than the ENB. Anyways, thanks for your time!
