[Help]Account problem

I have a problem with my account log in..My name on master account and in game name is same and now i need to change this. I understood i need to open ticket for it,but when i log in to my master account,i enter username and pass,but he tell me this: "Your login has been blocked and marked as suspicious.In order to login, please answer the following security question that you set" And the question is "What is the lastname of your favourite school teacher?" I made this account long time ago,and i realy cant remember answer on that question. So i want to ask is there a way i can fix this or? Please help
