Has the vehicle limit been reached again?

It has come to my attention that multiple questions were asked in /n, concerning vehicles. Even if they were level 3 or didn't own any or just one or two cars, they weren't able to buy vehicles from the shops.

Why? ''The maximum amount of vehicles has nearly been reached.''

Is this true?

More than likely, what with the increase of population recently. I've been desperately trying to get down to just one vehicle as I found I have no need for three.

As I want to dump some vehicles myself, I just need them all.
My Savanna for SWC roleplay.
My Sultan for some quick driving with lots of people
And my PCJ if I need to go somewhere quickly.
