WTF is happening o.o

I crashed, then the server crashed, but to other people it the server is still up, but to me it's down.

I've tried restarting the computer, and turning it off, it wont work.

I've deleted the server, and added, all it says is = " Retrieving info "

Well ,this is new xD try to reinstall the whole SA and SAMP, should work, I really don't see other option.

Have you installed the latest 0.3x ? If so downgrade back.

Do the usual; clean computer, re-install, delete directory, and then if that doesn't work system restore.
