Drop a glass, make a cocktail wrong, give em incorrect change - I guess?

Pretty much this. Newbie bar staff will often pull pints with too much froth at the top, also known as the head. They can also make shots incorrectly, but bar staff will likely not know how to make cocktails unless they're working in a fancy bar, a cocktail bar, or potentially a nightclub that serves cocktails. Keep in mind though, newbie bar staff are floor staff that have just been trained. You will (usually) never be able to walk into a bar job and receive training for it with no past experience.

Newbie floor staff often drop glasses, skip past a couple of glasses, feel nauseous while cleaning up sick, forget a part of cleaning up, use the wrong cleaning agent, etc.

For training, floor staff are paired with more experience floor staff for around 2 hours. They usually go through a checklist before being allowed to function on their own. The same applies to bar staff and kitchen staff.
