Okay, fixed by reinstalling modloader. Sorry for double posting, I've done it just to explain how I solved.

Any idea how to get the SnowFX working properly? It works for me but there is no snowdrops and only a foggy weather, no matter what level I choose (times I click)

In the cleo folder which is inside the archive, it should be called snowfx_config.ini.
