nothing on youtube works btw.
I did fix the issue, renaming the "gta_sa.exe" fixes the problem but now I want to set my SAMP to open that exe and I don't know how, it's programmed to accept only the original exe name (obviously)
(whenever i try to rename the exe to it's original name, it doesn't start.)

Since it's a cracked version have you tried downloading a different crack?

Have you tried downloading a fresh install? If not, try this one

Edit: Your libraries might be outdated, try checking those aswell.

Have you tried a fresh install of the game and are all of your drives up to date. I had this issue previously but I managed to fix it with reinstalling my game and updating my drivers.
