Getting "The server isn't responding"

I'm running the correct samp version, my internet's fine. educated people help me please

Have you tried checking the server IP address if it's correct and/or re-installing the SAMP client?

Try deleting the server IP address off your SAMP client and re-add it with this: server.redcountyrp.com:7777

ive done that. server tab shows 0 or 9999 ping for every server so i guess its a client problem

Might be your internet then. You may try restarting your router, if it still doesn't work, you may contact your ISP regarding that.
