Game freezes

It happend after I installed a new skin... I deleted that skin and restarted my GTA..
I am now playing good for a few minutes and then it freezes again... SOS c:

Documents > GTA SA User Files > Delete gta_sa.set > Kiss my ass.

I've done it twice, same result

Try changing compatibility mode of gta_sa.exe and samp.exe to lower versions until something changes.
