Hey!
I recently attempted to install a new skin and it caused me to crash my game!
I've downloaded and reinstalled a fresh Folder, and it's seems to be repeating the error crash!

Dumb question, but did you install it properly? Try firing it up with Modloader and see if crashes continue; the blame may be due to the issues with the skin.

Yes I installed it correctly...
Even though, after I've reinstalled my GTA I tried log in the server without any mods and it's still shows me the error.

Hate to say it, but the skin is likely corrupt in some way.
Edit: Wait you have zero mods and you're skill crashing after reinstalling? Are you launching the new installation of GTA San Andreas through SAMP? (Confirm your installation on the double gears icon in the SAMP Client)

I've restarted my PC and now instead of connecting SAMP servers it's just getting inside the singleplayer....

You need to install the GTA San Andreas V1.0 Install to run SA-MP.
