[Forum Admin] Forgot my password, forum account.

Hello, I forgot my password in my previous account and I clicked the "Forgot your password?" thingy, and I entered the email that I used to verify that forum account, but it says that the email/username cannot find although I entered the correct email and username.
The forum acc's name is Machine Gun, I tried it with no spaces, with space, with capslock and with no capslock, therefore, nothing happened. Do the owner or the management got logs for my password?

A forum admin will have to check the email associated with the account, tagged.
