Forum account problem

I forgot my account password, since I wasn't using it since beginning of 2012.

I am unable to recover the password for some reason, I enter the correct e-mail for recovery, and it says that the information submitted couldn't be found.
I sent a forum PM to all forum admins but got no response... and my question is: What now?

You may try to contact a forum administrators regarding your issue. Forum administrators have the ability to modify forum user accounts, so they're your best bet.

You can always try contacting an administrator in-game, on teamspeak or through the support ticket system on the main site.

Locked and Archived, you'll need to contact an administrator via Team-Speak or forums inorder to get them to access your past information.​
