Forcing Brawls

So, I've been following a complaint where a picture of a helper supposedly saying "You can force brawls" was posted, and after having looked at the picture i cant tell if its a miss understanding or not as the helper actually said "You are not required to /accept/ brawls", looking at the helpers point of view it looks like hes saying you dont have to accept the brawl, and at no point in the assistance he said you can force them.

I guess what my question is, is can you force brawls or was it a miss understanding and only meant you don't have to accept the brawl when someone challenges you to one?

You always have to ask someone before starting a brawl.

You're not obligated to say yes though, you're not forced to brawl.

Alright, thanks. Kinda figured they miss understood him, its painfully obvious he said you don't have to accept them, not that you can force them xD
