[FIXED] Slow site/forum

I've gotten a few reports of the site loading extremely slow for most people in Europe. I've tested this and I was able to replicate it. I've optimized the site and changed around a few settings. It should be fast now, according to my tests it loads in under 2 seconds without cache for users in US & Europe.

If the site still loads very slow for you, please post in this thread and I'll look into it. (Please, don't post here if your internet is already slow and other sites load slow too. We can't fix your own problems!)

Also, if the site was loading slow for you previously and now loads fast, let me know as well.

www.redcountyrp.com used to be ultra slow for me (60mb/s internet speed) but the forums were mostly fine.
The site is faster now, although I've experienced faster sites.
