first time character registration

Hello,

I try to register my first character in game, but when i need to fill in my birth year (1989) and i press continue it doesnt continue. (reg 3)
I restarted the game and tried it again, this won't help.

This isn't a host support problem nor' a bug. Lets crack this for you:

The game is based in 1996... You're placing your birth year as 1989.

That makes your character 7 years old. You're not allowed to play as children in-game. So pick an earlier year.
