1. Reinstall SAMP
2. Reinstall CLEO4 AND ASI LOADER

With my mod, if you press alt+B you can edit your camera position and whatnot for every particular vehicle and skin, so you can fix the annoying clothing in your face, not sure if we have the same one but try it.
 
you sure you're using GTA_SA.exe US V1.0?

Install the first person mod without dragging the vorbis.dll and vorbisfilehooked.dll

okay did like u said and the game ran with no errors but the mod didnt work when i pressed numb 5 or ALT + B
