Fines and namechanges

So yesterday I changed my name and cleared my criminal record because I want to join SASP and I couldn't do it with my past char. because I had so much jail n stuff. Yesterday I bought the 50k thingy and it didn't remove my 2000$ fine I had. I don't know if it's possible to change that so it isn't visible on my record. I would appreciate it. Thanks guys!

All your fines and outstanding/previous charges will be removed, but any outstanding fines will still have to be paid, however will not appear on your record.
