It seems like there have been significant changes announced regarding the Faction Management (FM) system within a server or gaming community. Here's a breakdown of the key points from the announcement:

  1. Introduction of Faction Support: The focus is shifting from a more authoritarian approach to a supportive one. Instead of solely enforcing roleplay standards, the emphasis will be on providing assistance and guidance to factions.
  2. Changes in Management Approach: There's a recognition that previous management approaches might not have been ideal, and there's a commitment to reforming the system. Roles within Faction Support will be restructured to better serve their intended purposes.
  3. Faction Support Desk: A new communication platform is being introduced to facilitate better interaction between Faction Leaders and Faction Support. This is intended to make discussions more fair and streamlined, allowing faction leaders to express their concerns and needs more effectively.
  4. Acknowledgment of Past Issues: The announcement acknowledges past grievances and aims to address any previous conflicts or issues. There's a desire to rebuild trust and improve relations between the Faction Management team and the community.
Overall, it seems like these changes are geared towards fostering a more collaborative and supportive environment for factions within the community, while also addressing any past shortcomings or conflicts.

fair enough but still feels a bit pointless having consultants in general though.

remove the bureaucracy please. just have admins be admins and players be players. having so many staff roles encourages players to focus far too much on the benefits of being staff than just enjoying the game.

Admins are players too, no one's paying us to police the server, we want to roleplay just as much as you do.
