Extremely High lag.

Since yesterday, I'm getting a hell lot of lag and I have no idea why I type the text in and shows up after 5 seconds even when there are only 15 people online, it's killing me sometimes I can't even join the server. Ping showed in the samp client is around 100-150 but when I get in game and press tab, it doesn't even show the ping and I get dysnced right when I spawn. This is my internet speed. Should I re-install GTA cause it never happened before.

I mean ... 37 megabits per second is next to nothing (4.6 megabytes / second), however it should be enough to play.
