Error Connecting to the server

Hey.. I had a problem, When i start the GTA, RC-RP, I can't connect to the server.. Because it says " Error connecting to the server " Or something like that.
I Downloaded SAMP 0.3e, Played it yesterday, But now it doesn't work. Help please!

Look at the top: ''Important (updated 8th May)
You need to download the lastest version. But if you have downloaded the newest version,
then it must be your internet connection

Ohai Jenny (Kaitlyn Stevenson, if you would remember), the problem is, you need to reinstall Samp 0.3e, being it was OFFICIALLY released now, not a candidate.

Hey Kai! I'll try to re-install it then.. But i don't know what is wrong with it.. *sigh*

Well, candidate releases are kinda like Beta tests, not official. I am sure they fixed some small bugs and added/edited some pawno includes (Makes sense to scripters only), making us have to update our SAMP browsers along with the server's.
