ENB is just... default?

Hey. Everytime I try to install a new enb and test it, I go to shift + F12 and its just like the default ENB where everything is maxed out with motion blur on. I changed the settings in the enbsettings.ini file but it doesent do anything. I've tried like 5 different enbs and all of them don't work. halp.

Have you try to edit it in-game with shift+enter ?

Bro u got modloader? If so, check the files.. maybe there's a d3d9.dll somewhere.

You people should really read what he said. He is saying that it works, but he can't configure it for some reason. Could you link me the .ini?
