E-Mail verification problem

Hi, I tried to make an account but I had to verificate my E-Mail address.
But it wasn't working, I checked if the E-Mail was right but it was, I just don't get the verification E-Mail I even tried changing from E-Mails, still not working.

For the record, emails are sent out by the UCP and an external server they are nothing to do with RCRP.
