Donations question

I am new to the server, so I don't know if there is any section about this and I am very short on time now. I would like to donate for level 4, but I also want to know if that memberships are per month or per life? Because if it was like 30 GBP forever would be nice, but per month would be pretty hard for me (30 GBP = 160 RON - a lot). Thanks!
