Donation problem

Donated to this server and haven't received my donation rewards, I purchased the level 2 donator. I have made attempts to login IG and you /donation, but It tells me I'm not a donator.

Are you sure you did /donation? I pulled up your account and you indeed have pending benefits.

Try relogging as I had this issue but it worked after relogging and waiting a few minutes.
