I'll keep it short and sweet!

Does this server provide the service of establishing a business for someone, presenting that they donate for it.
In Essence, Could I pay real life money for a Business, or even a home in this case!

Hello Bobby. As far as I am aware, and from what the topic regarding the benefits you get from donating to the server says, there is no chance you can get a business or house from donating. The only actual way to buy one is for you to get the money, although if you do donate to the server it will be easier for you to get money in order to buy those businesses and houses.
