After 31 days of /character/ (so not MA) inactivity, yes. Pretty sure you need to be logged in for atleast 30 minutes every 31 days on a character to keep it's assets.

There's nothing actually in writing that outlines this or says it will or wont happen. Though it has happened to Shine-Box this week, despite him being active on his Master Account.

Indeed. I usually lose my stuff after being away for atleast 30 days. You have to be active in-game, not on your Master Account.
