Eh...I am quite sure you will not get the vehicle since there is no way of him getting it to you, but don't worry, you don't have to pay any money since it is not your fault, so just try to get what you were looking for in a different auction, and more questions, leave a reply.

You don't get the vehicle if the person is banned, unless of course you've paid him already.
