Desynced after logging in

Hi guys.So,this problem is accuring to me for 2 straight days now,really pisses me off.I connect to the server,type my password in and the box disappears,but the music still plays on.I guess i'm desynced?

Please help.

EDIT: I manage to get in the game every once in a while,BUT,this happens.

My skin changes,I keep falling through the map and I die eventually.

EDIT x2:Aaand it got fricking fixed. ._. -.-'' But if you know how to repair the problem,let me know!
