Its idk, not Browser Problem. Doesnt work in any Browser, Google maps looks like AIDS, doesnt affect games and desktop

Is this only happening to the RCRP forums, or also other sites?
Have you updated your graphics driver to the latest version? If not, try that.
Have you tried clearing your cookies? If not, try that.

Well, It happens mainly on my Laptop.
I Can run games without this Problem. Not a graphic Driver Problem
As stated above, not only on Browsers.
