Essentially when I try to load just one server-side custom model (the rest work fine, that I'm aware of), my game crashes. It shows the icon of the model on the login screen, but when trying
to log in, I crash. It is the skin with the Skin 240 head, white shirt, black jeans, and white shoes.

I am on Windows 10.

Things I've tried:
  • Reinstalling SA-MP
  • Deleting the custom-models cache and re-downloading it from the server

Hm, I'm not sure what might be causing that yet.
This is the skin you're talking about, right?

I tried the model out and everything seems fine. My game doesn't crash, everything loads properly.
Do you have any files remaining from your previous SA:MP install? Maybe something in your Documents folder or anything similar.
Settings files, temp files, that sort of thing. If you do, I'd try removing those as well, see if that helps

Try deleting gta_sa.set in C:\Users\YourName\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files
