Create a new Character

Hey,

I've been approved since I've sent my application in and when I try to make an character it doesn't let me, I type in the name "Jack Mohammed" and it says that it's not a valid name, so I try another name but still doesn't work. Any help? http://prntscr.com/ho96u3
