Crashing on /Vmenu

Hey guys,

I am currently crashing when I use /vmenu on Paul_Sarno. I have 3 vehicles which is a Yosemite, Tow and Burrito. This had happened many moons ago when I first joined the server but on Mercedes_Montana. An admin removed the vehicle from me before handing it me back, as if the vehicle was bugged. Could this possibly be done again? When I also say crashing, I mean, computer entirely locks up and a reset is required.

I have no mods, I have reinstalled a fresh GTA, I have deleted my GTA set.

Been trying to self-troubleshoot with this and I believe it is an issue with an ENB setting. It worked yesterday with my ENB, but doesn't today. So going to have a fiddle. I guess this can be locked as I am sure I can now fix this.
