Hi I'm new player on RC-RP and always when I get to one part of the tutorial I got crash please someone help I can't play!

Hello. Try to uinstall your GTA San Andreas, included your mods, CLEO etc.

Like Damian said, please try to reinstall your GTA San Andreas. It should work in most cases.
