Crash Or Bug

Well for me there is a bug, on this server as you can see when I turn it on it, it goes into the game ans says
SA-MP 3.0c
Connected
Connected Joining, and thats it, it doesn't load or anything it freezes of IDK.
also now it always crashes when I try to join any server,

Server frozen, wait for it to be back up.
