It's your internet connection. On multiple occasions on the tool results, you can see your ping spike (I've put some below). These spikes would cause desync on the server as they are huge spikes, it has nothing to do with the server itself though. I'd call BT and report the issue that you are getting crazy latency between hops, it could be a wiring issue, a DLM issue or some other sort of thing. I feel sorry for you because BT support on the phone are absolute nonces and have no clue what they are talking about. If you go on the BT Forums and post there regarding the issue, most of the time a moderator will post who is a normal english person who has the technological knowledge to help you out.
