Connecting to the server not working after the outage? Try this.
If this didn't work yet, you could also try this.

For those still unable to connect, you will need to flush your DNS cache and close/re-open your SA-MP client.
1) Hit the Windows key and R at the same time on your keyboard
2) Type in cmd into the dialog and hit enter
3) Type in ipconfig /flushdns into the Command Prompt and hit Enter.
4) Close and re-open your SA-MP client.
This would also work for the TeamSpeak.
If this didn't work yet, you could also try this.

This will automatically set your DNS to Google DNS, flush it, and close SA-MP. Just re-open SA-MP and it should work fine after. This also works for TS
May need to right click -> Run as Administrator
