I apparently I need to log in to my Master Account. So I made the on SA:MP as same as the one on this forum: Maurice_Toni. And it tells me it doesn't exist. Help me out here,

You need to make a Master account on our main website (https://redcountyrp.com/) before you can join. Your forum account is a separate account.
