Color fuck up on higher resolutions

Only happened yesterday, I didn't do anything to my rig for it to happen and ANY other game I play is just fine. I don't have any mods to cause this as I only have a map mod.
I have a GeForce 9600GT, and have also tried the game with a GeForce 8600GTS
Any solutions?

Try messing with your settings in the options. Reset them to Default.

YOUR DOCUMENTS > GTA SA USER FILES > SAMP > DELETE YOUR GTA.SASET. This should work.

Theres no folder of that name there. Well Sa.set and I deleted it but its still screwed up.

I know, I have been looking online and I'm not the only one with the problem but I also can't find a solution.

Download drivers from the website of the monitor model manufacturer.

Are you sure you didn't choose a resolution that ends up with x16?
For example: 800 x 600 x 16

800x600 gives me a 32 bit color.
I'm also using a LG LCD TV

And when I run as admin, I dont get the exact resolution i need but the problem goes away....Weird.
The problem IS still there a bit but I'm just a bit confused.
