After entering my password, I'm stuck here and the login screen doesn't show up at all, welp.

Isn't this part of your UAE desync problems? Pretty sure it is low speed internet because sometimes when I have a really low speed or a high packetloss, I cannot even load the login screen.

It is definitely a problem related to your packetloss, when you've low internet speed - "like Jack mentioned" you may face these kind of problems until you are connected to an proper and reliable internet connection.

It's your "packet loss" as the above replies stated.
However, try to play the game when you are not downloading or someone is not using internet { or using those stuff which consume a little of internet } and the game might easily work.
Happened to me sometimes but got fixed now it never happens!
