I sent a character application and the message saying that its awaiting review is gone? If the application wasnt up to standard can I please know why

Does it allow you to re-send an application? If so, it's most likely been denied; check both the application and your email to confirm whether it's been accepted or not. The reason (if denied) should be shown there.
